What exactly do you sell?
Here you'll find many lovingly crafted products – from jewelry and coloring books to special wall art. Our jewelry is a treasure, crafted from various metals, pearls, amber, gemstones, or even synthetic fibers. Each piece has its own character – just like you. Our wall art and coloring books are designed by us in Switzerland and printed by our carefully selected partners.
How do I order from you?
It's easy: Choose your favorite item in the shop, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately afterward.
How quickly will my ISLAND GIRLS jewelry arrive?
We ship quickly & reliably:
- Within Switzerland in approx. 5 working days
- To Germany, Austria, France or Italy in about 7 working days
Can I return or exchange my order?
No problem! You can return or exchange your order for a voucher . Since many of our products are lovingly created as individual pieces or in small batches, refunds are not possible. Your voucher is valid for 10 years.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a voluntary 3-month warranty on our products . Regardless of this, you are also entitled to the statutory warranty: If an item already has a defect or damage upon receipt that was not caused by you, we will remedy the problem within the framework of the statutory requirements.
How do I best care for my jewelry?
It's easy: With a household remedy! A mixture of citric acid and vinegar essence will restore your jewelry's beautiful shine. Let it work for a short time, rinse thoroughly, and gently rub dry.
